Alex's Carpet Cleaning came recommended to me by a neighbor who was very satisfied with his services, and I was extremely pleased with my experience as well. Alex was prompt and accommodating in all of his communications, and there weren't any hidden fees - the quote was the final cost. He and his colleague were understanding when there were some issues getting parking directly in front of my building and made it work. They wore masks when we were talking outside and in my unit. The carpets looked great (hadn't been cleaned for several years) and they were prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Alex's services!
